Our Welcome Reception will be held on Monday 25th August at the Aula UK, Comenius University Bratislava, 17:00 – 19:00.

Comenius University Bratislava is the largest and the oldest university in Slovakia and the Aula is an impressive and historically significant auditorium within the university, known for hosting cultural events and gala evenings.

The programme will consist of a welcome address from the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education, Comenius University Bratislava, as well as the President of EECERA. The short speeches will be followed by a children dance performance.

We will then invite delegates to join us for a drink and canapes at the beach on the bank of the river Danube (2 mins walk away).

The Aula is located next to the Faculty of Arts building, our main conference venue (the white building on the above picture).

Guest tickets for the Welcome Reception

While this event is free to attend for the conference participants, delegates are welcome to attend with partners or family members for an extra cost of £15 per person. To order a guest pass for your +1, please log in to ExOrdo account and, from the dashboard, please navigate to "Registrations", then 'View details", "Edit registration" and at the top of the page select "3.Social Events" . Then, please select "Guest pass - Welcome Reception". Further down, please provide the name of the guest, as well as details of their access or dietary requirements, if applicable.
